If your application can run in a dos-box in windows, the best thing you can do is maximize the dos box size. The best way to do this is selecting a large font in the properties box. I recal fro W'98 you can just stretch the box to the screen limits, the font will enlarge automatically. My current W2k does not allow me to stretch the window. If I select a larger font in the properties box (right mouse on title bar) then the size can go beyond my screen. The default vncserver is a windows application and does not operate in real msdos mode. I do know there is something for msdos however I don't recall if it's a server or a viewer.
