If your application can run in a dos-box in windows, the best thing you can
do is maximize the dos box size. The best way to do this is selecting a
large font in the properties box.
I recal fro W'98 you can just stretch the box to the screen limits, the font
will enlarge automatically.
My current W2k does not allow me to stretch the window. If I select a larger
font in the properties box (right mouse on title bar) then the size can go
beyond my screen.

The default vncserver is a windows application and does not operate in real
msdos mode. I do know there is something for msdos however I don't recall if
it's a server or a viewer.
