What do you mean?

To browse to a vncserver, browse to http://vncservermachine:5800/ . Detail:
add the display number to the 5800. If vncviewer should go to
vncservermachine:3, then use http://vncservermachine:5803. This port is
configurable on most server platforms (and can be disabled too).

For the applet and related stuff, get any unix distribution and extract the
files in the classes directory (you can open the *.gz distribution with
winzip).

Note, the java viewer also uses the rfb port (5900 range) which cannot be
mixed with the java port (5800 range). Hence if you need to pass a firewall,
start with the binary viewer.
