If you don't have a domain name, but do have a fixed IP (or you know the 
dynamic IP and it will hold for the length of your browsing), use your IP-- 
http://000.000.000.000:5800/

Other solutions for dynamic addressing have been discussed here in the 
past.  Check the archives.
