Norman, VNC by default uses port 5900.  If you use the Java applet, it takes the
port 100 lower to *serve* you the applet.

Thus, you have everything correctly configured for the Java applet serving; you
now need to forward port 5900, since both the Java viewer and the full VNC
client do their talking over that port.
