You want to add two ports to the "Virtual Server" section: 192.168.2.4:5800 TCP 5800 External 192.168.2.4:5900 TCP 5900 External You need both port if you are trying to use the Java viewer in your web browser. If you just want to use the VNCViewer client you just need the 5900 port.
