Hi, We've only been running VNC here a couple of weeks now but I've noticed the same problem appearing on some of our machines, also Win2K. I've no idea what's causing it but the only way I've found to work around it is to remotely restart the WinVNC Server Service on the Server you're trying to get to. I don't know how you'd get around this if you don't have Network Admin rights though.
