i have read the through all the questions regarding linksys routers in the archives and it still won't work, i can connect to a computer without a router with no problems at all following is what i've tried
- "dhcp" enabled & disabled - won request enabled & disabled -port range 5900~5900 protocol "tcp", ip addr 192.168.1.102 the ip address i rec'd by running "winipcfg" -"dmz host" was enabled & disabled - port triggerig enabled & disabled application name "vnc" trigger port range 5900~5900 incoming port range 5900~5900 -anti virus program was disabled i'm running windows 98 i can ping the computer i'm connected to the internet by high speed cable, the cable company says that vnc will work through their system but they won't support it any suggestions or comments you have would be appreciated please advise if you need more information thanks terry _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
