In terms of "security measures", I would recommend TridiaVNC Pro.  It
supports
full SSL 3, i.e.. TLS, encryption (3DES by default) of all network traffic
as
well as both NTLM and LDAP/NDS authentication and authorization. 
Recently, we
added NT event logging for security auditing purposes.
