I do use MS messenger between Windows-systems. If you need to speak between
Unix-Unix systems or Unix-Windows systems you could use SpeakFreely.
It works quite well, although when either of the connected systems is very
busy with something else the speech might be interrupted momentarily.
I therefore don't see any reason for a feature like sound to be part of
REALVNC.
