VNC 3.3.4 does not provide the Microsoft Visual C/C++ runtime DLLs
because the executable and hooks DLL are instead statically linked to
them - only the files in the RealVNC directory are required by the
server. We made a deliberate decision to avoid installing shared files,
to avoid compatibility issues. VNCHooks_Settings.reg is not part of the
3.3.4 distribution.
