Windows by default operates the Default screen saver, which has the
little Windows logo jumping around the screen (slowly).  The current
release of VNC is not designed with XP's Fast User Switching or Remote
Administration features in mind, and doesn't operate very well if they
are used.  The details are a little involved, but we're looking into
ways around the problem.
