I would like the wheel to work exactly as it does in TightVNC, i.e. send
the events to the X server. I don't really care about scrolling the
Windows window (but that, of course, could be configurable so different
users can use it in different ways). Currently, the RealVNC server does
not seem to have a problem with the extra events. If I use TightVNC viewer
against a RealVNC server the X windows scroll just fine on the wheel
events. It seems that it's all in the RealVNC viewer that needs to have
support.
