There are two keys to add to be able to control how VNC should respond while
another person try to connect on a PC already managed by a VNC connnection.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3]
"ConnectPriority"=dword:? (depends on what you want)

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default]
"ConnectPriority"=dword:? (depends on what you want)

I made a registry patch you can use

[demime 0.99d.1 removed an attachment of type application/octet-stream which had a 
name of Patch_Connection_unique.reg]
