More detail please.  The WinNT machine is at work?  Does it have a modem and
run WinProxy or does another machine on the network?  Can you ping the work
machine from the home machine?  Can you ping the home machine from the work
machine?  Are you using any firewall hardware or software?  Can you telnet
into port 5900 of the server machine?
