Redefine (or disable) the action of ctrl-alt-del in the /etc/inittab file
(that is on linux and maybe other unix machines).

Sorry if your users are on a M$Windows OS. This OS is designed for
PERSONALComputers hence the person at the keyboard is the one in final
controll. The ctrl-alt-del is there to be able to do something if all else
fails and you don't want to do the hardware reset or the power reset.

If you respect your users, education migth help
If you don't respect your users, punishment can be fun but won't get you
where you want.
