Hi, As you're running Win2K on the PCs, have a look at implementing Group Policies through Active Directory. There's a section - User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Logon/Logoff -> Disable Task Manager - that prevents the user from running task manager at all. If they can't get to task manager, they can't kill the service :)
