OK, here we go, feel free to corrrect my school-english:

Ever had the need to get just that_important_file transferred from your VNC-server?
Her is a free, easy & convenient solution for any Windows VNCserver:
Get "AlalogX SimpleServer" from AnalogX:
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/sswww.htm
The server is extremely simple and self-explainary. The most interesting feature is
not obvious though: Root File does NOT have to be an index.html file. It might just as
well be your file_to_transfer.zip

In short:
Using any VNC client you connect your WinVNC server,
remotely fire up the AlalogX SimpleServer,
put file_to_transfer.zip as Root File,
start the AlalogX SimpleServer,
connect to your WinVNCserver IP-address from any browser
and -voila!- you download file_to_transfer.zip
Remember to close the server once your file is transferred! (I do not know about
AlalogX SimpleServer and security, but AlalogX appears to be very serious gang)

A bug in WinVNC server 3.3.5 made the servers stop responding so stick to the latest
version of VNC!

Yours,
Yann A
