I am not able to ping my address. My home firewall (ZoneAlarm) stops
pings. I gave the VCN server Server rights when I installed it so it
should be able to access any port.
I also tried to telnet to port 5900. It simply says:
"Could not open a connection to host: Connect failed"

When I try to connect using the vncviewer, it says:
"Failed to connect to server"

I am fairly certain that the viewer will not connect because it can not
directly access the port through the proxy server. I was hoping that a
Web based client would work, as it is configured to work through the
proxy server.

The thing you have to remember is that the Java viewer isn't any
different than any other viewer. It still requires access to the VNC
server port.

It looks like you need to talk with your firewall admin about getting
the a port open on the firewall.
