www.ipcop.org  has the logic built into the firewall software.  There are others 
out there too.

Basically take two old PC (486 or better.  With VPN maybe P5/200 or better.)

Install two network cards in each. One for Red/Internet, One for 
Green/Internal Lan.  Load software (about 10 minutes).  And setup VPN on 
side, copy to diskette and load in other.  That is it.
