Your can stop the service from the remote client (you will be disconnected),
with "winvnc -kill".  I have a shortcut to do that.

Do you mean if VNC Crashes? If so, you can have the service restart with
your settings in the services manager.  It's in the "recovery" tab of
"properties".  You can specify to "restart" after each failure.
