I am trying to set up my computer at work so I can access from home via vnc. we have a befsr41 router and our isp dynamically assigns the ip addresses.I have set up port forwarding to forward traffic on ports 5800 and 5900 to my ip address and can't connect. i have downloaded the no-ip duc, and have set up port forwading to forward ports 5800, 5900 and 5500 to the ip address that has been assigned by my router to my laptop, but when i type in http://kenailes.myvnc.com:5800 (which I have setup and added as a host),it doesn't work. I have been able to configure this form home with no troubles at all, but can't get to my computer at work for the life of me.
One last little tidbit--i went to www.gotomyvnc.com and did the test there and it is not ready to receive connections. any suggestions? _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
