I guess I didn't explain myself very clearly in my previous post - sorry. What I am really after is a way of automating the setup of the program so that the end users don't need to deal with the input of an IP address for their server. Although obtaining the IP address from a given machine is relatively simple, it would be nice if the IP field were some how automatically populated. I do work for a lot of older computer users who's eyes glaze over the moment you mention anything that sounds technical to them (IE "IP address"). Thanks again - and thanks for the replies!

All you need to do is launch the program and it's virtually done. Just check the box to have it install as a service and, if you like, show the icon on the system tray. It installs quickly and easily. I don't know of many programs that install easier than this one. If it's just VNC Viewer, the no installation is required. Just download the Viewer and run it!
