James, Is there anyway to post the fresh code for region handling? I am not experiencing the problem myself, but the machines we use vnc on are situated all over the country, and not easily accessable (without vnc that is).
I have written another program that we can use to run and kill vnc, so we are pretty safe as long as its not crashing on vnc's startup.
