Hallo!

Is there a way to modify RealVNC version 3.3.6 so that
the remote user receives a pop-up notification when their
computer is being accessed remotely?

See http://www.realvnc.com/winvnc.html for the QuerySetting
and AuthHosts registry entries. You could then display a
box where the user has to accept the incoming connection.
If you want the connection to be automatically accepted
you may take a look at
