You are asking a question that has no answer.

It depends on:
OS (client and server)
Connection reliability
What applications you are trying to use
What level of interaction you are wanting
The hardware your client and server are running
etc., etc., etc.

Both products are free.  Try them and use the one that gives you the best
results in your situation.  There are too many variables for someone else to
say which is better.
