Register yourself with one of the dynamic dns providers (dyndns.org,
zoneedit.org, no-ip.com, etc.)  You can have a domain name like
ecradio.dyndns.org (or whichever service you use).

Download an appropriate dns client to update the dns server with your ip as
it changes.
