I am having problems running the VNC service when nobody is logged on to the PC (Win2K Prof). I can connect to the server right after booting, but after some seconds I can't anymore when Win2K is still waiting for the Ctr-Alt-Del logon. Everything is working properly when a person is logged on. I found three service settings in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Services\winvnc\START Reg_dword 0x00000003 (3) \Type Reg_dword 0x00000110 (272) \ErrorControl REG_DWORD 0x00000000 (0) \Objectname Reg_Sz LocalSystem \Imagepath Reg_Expand_Sz C:\Programmer\TridiaVNC\win32\WinVNC.exe and identical settings in ControlSet2 and Currentcontrolset. In the service manager VNC is listed as automatically, but not started, I start the program by autostart for all users.
