Hello Katja, I am not an expert with Tridia version but I think you need to add the -service switch in the following key;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\winvnc ImagePath = REG_EXPAND_SZ "C:\Programmer\TridiaVNC\win32\WinVNC.exe" -service You only need to modify the CurrentControlSet. FYI: This will require a reboot before it succussfully runs as a service. Hope this helps.
