That's simple :-). If it's your company PC hand it over to IT (or to
whatever relevant department inside your organization). If it's your
own PC save your documents (be careful with unsafe extensions like .exe,
vbs., etc) and reinstall from scratch (format/etc). And read some docs
about security (patch your system, use a firewall and AV, etc).

Please keep in mind that uninstalling vnc is not the solution, you
don't know how many other backdoors are in your system.
