I don't think there's a special keyboard shortcut for this.  But
IMHO, user of server should have priority over the control of his own
computer.  If he doesn't want VNC connection, he should have the right.
Otherwise, if you still can resolve who should control the computer, dial
him a call and make a civilized arrangement :-)
