yes - i thought of that already, too.
It doesn`t really need to be "resize" by dragging - but at least i`d like to
tell
my viewer "open a desktop with size xy". In Citrix/ICA we have that.

On windows, VNC screensize is bound to display resolution.

Yes. You can switch X Resolution with hotkeys.
You can tell Xvnc to use any resolution, you wish (at startup only, not at
runtime AFAIK)
