Well, Mandrake also has a "Quick-Configuration Server Guide" on their web site: http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/doc/90c/en/Server_Conf_Guide.html/ . I'm not a Mandrake user, but that is probably a good place to look. On the Windows side, http://www.practicallynetworked.com has some guides, but they mostly focus on Internet sharing.
