IIRC Neither did version 3.3.7.  The old vncviewer.exe had a "-register"
option to do it.

The only thing I see is that you are using a "/" instead of a "-".  Maybe
the new version is compiled differently?  Every machine I have works with
.vnc files using "-config".

Hopefully the next beta will come soon and restore the ability to save
.vnc files...
