Hello...

After searching through the archives, I've seen this mentioned before, but never with a remedy. It seems that under WinXP, the VNC service never properly starts unless you first log the machine in locally. This is a real problem if you reboot the computer remotely, as you need someone to log in before the VNC service works properly.

It seems as though the service starts, as once I reboot it asks me for a password. However, after sending the correct password, nothing happens. The window goes away. Another attempt yields the same result.

Does anyone know any way around this?
