"Reply to all" from Outlook should be sufficent.  That way it gets to the
list for everyone to see and be archived.

I think you misunderstood the purpose of gotomyvnc's check.  Using it from
your home connection so that you can verify your port forwarding settings
are correct.

That would help elimiate Zone Alarm, or show it as a problem.

Since you ran the check from Uni, it just means that the Uni doesn't have
any internet accessable VNC sessions.
