I would think that machine name should be the name of the machine with
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx as the IP.  That is an administrator account on the remote
machine, and since you don't have a Domain it will have to be an account
on the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx machine.

PS - It is much easier to give examples with real data instead of
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.  Of course using "password" makes sense, but come on, the
rest isn't really secure information.
