Kool. Ok. I got it working but I have one problem. How do I get the AuthHosts registry entry to go over. The machine.ini file just seems to have everything below default.

You can create a local administrator account on the computer that you're installing from with the same username and password, log in and install from there. I've got this going but it's failing on the admin password. Here is the syntax of the command: C:\vnc xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /user machinename\administrator password Xxx is the IP address. Machine name refers to the local machine name. This machine is not part of a domain. Any hints? I would like to "push" this out to all my machines running RealVNC. Does anyone have a suggestion for something that works well to do this? I haven't had any luck using VNCon. Thanks.
