Ok, let me try again.  If you choose not to rebuild from source, you need
to have the libstdc++ library version the binary expects.  The binary you
have wants a newer version which looks a lot like the RH 7.3 version that
is included in the the compat-libstdc++-7.3 package.  Either rebuild from
source, so that the binary is built against you version of libstdc++, or
try installing the older version via the compat-libtstdc++-7.3 package.
