Quick answer: NO

Now I think of it answer: Yes, but actually not usable and definitly not the way
you like it:
If the vncserver is unix based (the Xvnc binary) And the webserver feature is on
Then you can transfer all files from the classes directory (.../vnc/classes/*)
by means of the webserver, provided the account running Xvnc can read the files.
Note: the vnc-werbserver does edit some of the files on the fly.
Hence, if the above is true for you and you are realy desperate, then you can
get something over. I've done it as a practise, it's not usable...
However, it is fair to say, ACTUALLY NOT.

In the end answer: NO and I hope it will never be implemented since it is a
definite security risc.

btw: there is something with the cut-n-paste buffers but that is also not
working in all instances...
