Here is my problem. I have a LInux box running Mandrake 9.1 on it. I have the vnc server set to run at startup. I can ping and see the vnc box and connect to it. Only when I connect, I see the desktop and one icon. This iocon looks like one from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. This is all I see. I can move the mose and I can see it moving agaisnt the desptop. The mouse cursor also is only showing it to be a wristwatch which it what you would see when you start a program. It never gets any further than this I have tried connecting from my 2000pc and well as my xp box and they both are same. Anyone had any poroblems like this and what di you do to fix them
