Ok, I'm going to continue posting on this issue till I get some help. I'm
trying to help myself but I'm geting no where.
The Problem is that running VNCServer as a service that starts automatically
dosen't work, no connections can be made. Also the program will do things
like remove the wall paper when the client disconnetcts etc etc. (this
happens on the two systems that I tried a beat of 4 on, uninstalled and put
3.3.7 on)
I'm posting today about a new problem I've found: When start the computer
(VNC not registered as a service) I can bring up the default properties by
using the link in the start menu, the current user poerperties will not show
because vnc isn't running (expected) however if I start VNCServer using the
service helper link and then try to show the default properties, Winvnc.exe
will freeze. the program is then locked (I don't know if its locked by
windows or what) and all attempts to remove it from memory fail.
Please advise.
