Now is a lot clear! Nevertheless, there's still one point not clear.
For Joe, you mean anywhere on the Internet (ie outside your LAN) you can
connect to its VNC server? Did you forget to mention that your Soho is doing NAT? If
that's the case, go and see if you could set up two more NAT for Mary and Martha.
Otherwise, check if Soho could do port translation, ie translating an incoming
port on Internet side, say xx.xx.xx.xx:5901, to a particular address and another port
on LAN side, say yy.yy.yy.yy:5900.
