Neville,

    Two things here.

    1) What IPs are you using? Are you trying to use the one the typical
192.X.X.X LAN IP? Or are you using the WAN address?
    2) Have you set up your router to allow connections on those ports?

    I suppose another thing would be what exact IP are you trying to connect
to. There's whatsmyip.org, but I believe that shows you the IP of your
router. If you use a Linksys router, I know how to help you, but I'm unsure
how other routers work. I hope this helps give you an idea of what to do.
