William, The VNC server is already installed & functioning in a REd hat linux 9 system. I can connect to it remotely and it works just fine. I do quite a lot of work using VNC. However, now, there's a need for someone else to work at the same time on that system. Up until now, I was using the IP address: 1 hostname to login. Reading documentation & other links, it is possible to have more than one user logged in to a VNC server, hence, multiple connections. I understand, a user would be using display 1 , and second user, display 2 or 3 , etc.
Our VNC server does not allowed that. Thanks for any input, it is appreciated.
