Ok.
Say a user is logged in using 192.168.1.1:1 
that's the display host name. In theory /practice,
another user can logging simultaneously using
192.168.1.1:2, however, it gives the "failed to
connect to server" error.
DNS entries have been entered and system is  resolved
by IP and assigned hostname, system can of course be
pinged.
That's the situation. I think a file has to be modifed
in the vnc file to allow multiple connections.
