Hello, I am new to VNC but am using it for my business. The Viewer is installed on a Windows XP system and the Server is installed on a Win98 system. The problem is this:
I will connect just fine to the VNC Server system and be able to do a few things, but when I close a program like Microsoft Word or Outlook Express, it closes the whole Viewer and disconnects. When I go to reconnect, I put in the correct password and the screen begins to load, but as soon as it loads, the Viewer closes and disconnects again. The only thing I can do right now to fix it is shut down the VNC Server on the Win98 system, then restart the VNC Server. When I go to reconnect again, everything is fine until I find another program that shuts down the Viewer when I just want to close the program. How can I fix this? Thanks!
