In Windows (sorry for Mac and Unix), setups for VNC 3 and 4 beta are just
installing the essential files (executables and dlls). Maybe it's time to do like a
lot of applications today: put a readme file in it. Or maybe even Documentation /FAQ
in HTML format. Or a How-To. And of course, making some shortcuts in "Start" menu.
In this way, newbies have no excuse not to know where to start while those who don't
have permanent unlimited Internet access could still consult the doc offline.

Or even better, a new doc, a sort of flow-chart checklist to trouble shoot
problems, could be included in it. And all this could be chosen to install or not
during setup, just like option to choose register service or not.
