Dear All, I have recently taken over as IT manager at a small IT company. We have a number of satellite offices and home users who log into the WAN via Citrix Metaframe XP. The trouble I have is getting access to these users whilst I am in the office. I have installed RealVNC ver. 4.0b4 onto those who I have visited, realising that this is a beta version but also realising from what I have read that this version is faster than the previous version (which is also loaded onto some of the pc's which I haven't yet visited.) However, I find that the refresh rate of the screen is really slow. We have ADSL access and no speed issues over Citrix itself, but trying to work over Citrix on VNC seems deadly slow and not very good for IT management.
Is there any way I can speed the process up so I don't have to keep pushing F5 every time I make an adjustment to the screen or execute a command. I would appreciate any good advice that is given.
