I would ask the same questions as James Weatherall.  If you wanted to use VNC 
to view Citrix client, I know that there's a "client shadow" function in Citrix which 
lets you see what a client is supposed to have inside his screen.  Since this function 
is native, it might be more efficient than using VNC whose job is to draw EVERY 
changed pixel from one screen to another.  For the situation of Citrix or Terminal 
Service, this turns out to be inefficient.
