No, I didn't say this is a solution.  You asked if anyone has any suggestion, 
I gave you an idea of mine so you could investigate in that direction.  Isn't that 
what you meant?

        The fact that it's "stable" in listening mode only (which means data is mainly 
flowing from server to client) could imply that data flow in one direction is more 
stable than in both direction.  That means the overall connection _isn't_ stable.  
That seems to be a matter of full/hald duplex.  Look at your NIC's config.  Maybe it 
can't handle well bi-directional data stream.

        When you're talking 10Mbps, that's your home network or office network?  
Anyway, check that your PC (home or office) NIC is doing correct handling with router 
or firewall or switch.
